There were tiny ants scattered throughout the room, I told front desk and she brought dish soap mixed with water. It didn’t work that well.

This property was a disappointment as a Best Western which we stay in regularly. It begins with not being given the type of room we booked. The room itself was depressing (dark colors, old paint). The beds were also old and worn, and the room was not well cleaned (we found socks from the previous guests). The vouchers for the next door restaurant should have been a winner, but the eggs were pre-cooked and the food overall was not better than the breakfasts provided at other Best Westerns, with less choice.

Booked a 2 queen suite with disability access. The first room had a tub/shower combo that i could not be considerd accessible . The second room was not a suite at all and had one double bed and one twin bed. Overall the room was dated and the beds were worn out. Would not stay there again even after the 20% discount that they thought was a big deal

Great stop over on my way to Reno. The completely breakfast from a restaurant across the parking lot. Staff very frendly. The mattress eas a little worn out and the hot water was way too hot. Max temperature cannot be above 120°f, it was scalding hot.

When I checked out and left my room keys she didn't Bother to mention that we got a coupon for breakfast across the parking lot at the restaurant till we found out from the nice lady who was going to seat us and she suggested that we go back to the registration and get one but I was just mad enough to not to do it so we paid for our breakfast and that was $30.00 so Maybe you need to talk to your staff and tell them to do a better job of handling your guests and We Will Not be staying at your hotels in the future

It was a little outdated, but the beds were comfortable and room was clean. Staff were nice and pleasant. Great for what we wanted. Breakfast was free and conveniently located across the parking lot. We came to Susanville to meet a nephew we had been looking for over 40 years. It was great. We will stay again.

I was to have double queen room, ended up with 1 queen and 1 twin, that's not the point. It was handicapped accessible. What if someone came after me and needed it. Floor could have used a good mopping. Someone needs to relearn how to make good tight bed, with a bed skirt. The pictures of the rooms in advertisements on the site are 100% better than the actual room. On the plus side of things they gave breakfast coupons for breakfast next door. Large parking lot, felt safe.
