The first room I was in the sub floor was rotted out beside the bathtub so the tile was the only thing keeping you from falling through. Changed rooms then no hot water plus the door card reader wouldn’t read our cards so had to keep going back to front desk. Last room seemed fine except water temp hard to keep accurate and none of the bathrooms in any rooms have a working fan

I really appreciated how friendly and caring the staff was at this location. Always greeted us when coming in and wished us well when we were on the way out for the day. Any time we were at the front desk we felt like we were taken care of immediately. Would definitely come back :)

It was a very nice Hotel room, the beds, very comfortable, shower, pressure, phenomenal, and the quietness of sound travel perfect. One thing that does slightly become a nuisance is if you do leave the building safe from a side door or a back door you are not actually able to access it with your card. You do have to go back towards the front of the building as well as the area definitely does not have enough seating so either be prepared to bring the food back to your room or make sure you scope out the timeframe you’re going.

Convenient for our visit to Bristol and Newport. The hotel is tucked away off the road and quiet - no noisy traffic to disturb your sleep. Pleasant staff and convenient that they have breakfast included.
