Perfect lodge
The lodge is perfect for those looking to stay in a great spot in Sydney without breaking the bank. The rooms are spacious and very clean, as well as having excellent quality modern amenities. The shared bathroom facilities are also well maintained and clean. The staff are friendly and make themselves available either in person or over text to help with whatever you need. Would definitely stay here again next time I visit Sydney.

We had a lovely stay at Bayswater Boutique Lodge. I could not recommend it more for a comfortable and cost effective stay in the Rushcutters Bay/ Potts Point vicinity. It is comfortable, safe and cozy.

The area is convenient. The remote control of everything is less ideal and the bossy communication is unwelcoming. I suppose if one is initiated then it's fine but the general reception is not welcoming. The carpets could do with an upgrade.

I really enjoyed my stay at Bayswater Boutique Lodge during my solo trip! They were quick to communicate and easily allowed me to obtain an early check in time. The property was quiet and house keeping was available daily. I especially enjoyed the balcony attached to my room. Lots of food options easily walkable in the area and a bus stop right outside as well. I would definitely recommend!

Stayed for 2 weeks solo. It was nice! No real issues and the check in/out process was smooth. Location is really great too! Close enough to a train station but not too close that it is too busy. Something to note is that there is not an elevator and the staircase is a bit narrow. It was very difficult for me to get my checked bags up and down the staircase. Other than that, the stay was very comfortable. Having a laundromat next door is very handy as well!

It was a nice room but I didn't feel that the shared bathroom arrangement was entirely clear, I didn't realise I'd be sharing with 4 other rooms. And I am 2m tall and couldn't sit down without my knees digging into the wall because the facilities were so small.

The location is very ideal since I wanted to explore the city. It is near to the train station which is very convenient. The bathroom sink is way too small that I didn't even use it for washing face or brushing my teeth. The check-in and check-out process was seamless. Over all my stay was pleasant.

Great little gem!
The lodge was absolutely perfect for a solo traveller. It has all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay and it was a short walk to the station and local shop. I’d recommend to anyone staying a few days in Sydney.

Very good, appreciate being able to find reasonable cost accommodation with all I needed. Only complaint would be a very narrow bathroom. Had I been any taller (and I'm less than average height) I would not have been able to sit on the toilet! Otherwise very satisfied thankyou.
