So Dissapointing

No Glasses in Room, Faulty TV rang up twice to complain...Drinks very expensive. Having stayed there many times before I'm very dissapointed. How about a credit ? After all it was my wife's Valentine trip !!

Fabulous from the moment we arrived to drop off our bags ahead of our check in at 3pm to when we left for our red-eye flight the following morning. The staff were unerringly friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and the top floor bar/cafe had an unrivalled view of planes taking off and landing but without any noise! Only 15 mins walk to the domestic terminal

Love staying here for work

I go to Sydney very regularly for work and I always stay in this hotel. It is so convenient for driving because it’s so close to the highways and so easy to get out of the hotel and straight onto any highway. The hotel is so modern and comfortable, the rooms are a really good size and always so clean! I stay in hotels every week for work and this is one of my favourites for value for money, amazing food delivery options and clean modern rooms!

We arrived early at this vip hotel, asked for early check in, mentioned the gold status, and was answered that it does not really mean anything and that it was just something with Expedia.. Charges would apply. There was a free drink for happy hour. The carpet was ripped on about three feet in our room. The room was confortable and spacious.

This funky hotel has check in on the top floor so it turns you around as soon as you come in! Rooms are clean and adequate, and at our late night arrival at 11 we were still able to buy simple pre-made meals and drinks and the cafe just off of reception. Our schedule required us to leave baggage to be held after check out and they were happy to accommodate us so we could tour the city. Very friendly staff, good location to the airport, and very fun!

The property is comfortable to stay in (bed and pillows) but the rooms are in need of repair. The walls are marked as is the carpet and nearly every bathroom I've stayed in needs tiles replaced due to being unstable or grout missing. It's a budget hotel not as up market as it is sold to be. Staff are great though and always helpful

Modern funky hotel. Has parking inside the building. Great top floor bar and hang out area. 3 large lifts so no waititng for ages. 5 minutes from airport. Rooms where a comfortable size and the bed was really nice. Will definitely stay here again.
