My stay would have been great if I hadn’t found a used condom in my trashcan when I opened it to put my mango peels in. I immediately call the front desk to come take it out. This traumatized me, I could not get it out my mind.

This is a modern property, decent for a business traveler just staying there overnight and close to transportation to CBD. The rooms are a little dark in this tower hotel - lighting is a little dim and the color of the walls are dark, so this could be improved. I felt I was getting fumes one night, probably from a shared air system with the adjacent garage's trash collecting down there overnight.

First there was no house keeping while I turned on class keeping signal light outside my room; room set-up is dark and the desk lighting is just like a lamp for temporarily installed, a wire hung from the ceiling. As a gold member of hotel.com and there should be a VIP access (e.g.: welcome drink), unfortunately the hotel seems nothing known about it. I won’t stay this hotel anymore.

Great connections to the CBD area, one block away from the new Victoria Cross Metro and North Sydney Station. There are 3 supermarkets in the area and tons of restaurants and coffee shops. The rooms are in great condition and the bed was super comfortable. A lot of past reviews mention the dimness of the bathroom and I understand what they mean - there’s only 2 spotlights and an LED backlit mirror. It looks great aesthetically , but functionally the bathroom needs another light. I used the onsite hotel gym. Basic equipment, but enough for a week long stay. Very happy with the hotel service, Pita from the Reception was very accommodating, and solved some initial issues I had with my hotel room. I will definitely come back here again as an ASR member.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The only concern was the mattress was uneven. I think this must have been due to using two twin beds to make a single bed. Otherwise a great experience
