Excellent location for sightseeing. Convenient and walkable to many sights. Interior of hotel well maintained but can feel the age of the bundling especially when looking from the outside. Mattress is not as comfortable prob due to age. Clean and spotless daily after cleaners come around. Front desk hardly answers phone calls for some reason. When I’m in lobby I dun see them that busy.

Staff wonderful-friendly, not stuffy and very accommodating. Lots to do around the area - parks and waterfront amazing and very well maintained. Our view was the best in the area. The transportation system easy to navigate and right out the front door.

What a lovely hotel. Great amenities and a wonderful, professional and helpful staff. It's only a 13 minute walk to the Sydney Opera House and about a 7-8 minute drive to the Sydney Tower. You can also catch the light rail across the street, the ferry, the hop on hop off Big Bus as well as the Metro. Overall, it's the perfect location!

I loved the staff. We arrived early and the staff offered us water from our long flight. They recommended we do the hop on and hop off tour which the departure location was just across the street, and to go to a wonderful restaurant which was wonderful. Texted us as soon as the room was ready and our luggage was waiting for us when we arrived in the room. Excellent service!

Exceptional in Every Way 👍

Everything from allowing us to check in early after overseas flight, to true friendliness (even joy) of everyone we interacted with, to going above and beyond when some “neighbors” started partying in the middle of the night (resolved quickly, followed up with us during breakfast next day..,and later sent us a bottle of wine and note apologizing for the disturbance) Location couldn’t be beat - right on edge of the rocks, short walk to botanical gardens, ferries and opera house. Couldn’t have been happier!
