The staff were nice and helpful. Its has convenient location, close to both airport and central station. But the matres was uncomfortable and our room was next to storeroom including the towels and the cleaning staff made too much noise in the early morning. We could hear all the noises from corridor and the trains as well.

Really lovely staff, good communication and a funky budget hotel. Love the Spanish vibe! Comfy beds, hot showers with good water pressure. Central location, good hotel for a short stay. I've stayed twice in the past two weeks and will book again.

A cute budget hotel. Bed surprisingly comfy. Train noise very loud. I’d recommend bringing very good ear plugs. Big chunk of someone’s hair and dust in my room, otherwise it was clean. Foyer restaurant looked great. Central location.

Basic hotel with small rooms, however it suited my needs for an over night stay. The sign on the hotel outside said its up for sale, I would stay again if its still around

The property was close to everything. The staff did not make the bed and empty the rubbish on a daily basis. I had spent time at the hospital and returned to see the bed unmade and room not cleaned. The staff only emptied the bin, the bed was made twice in 7 days i had stayed. A different place from when I stayed years ago.

The TV remote didn't work, The parking facility was difficult to enter and leave. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful but curt. No cash. Very limited food options.
