We got a double bed, dirty floors and very old furniture, desperately needed a good clean and painting. Breakfast was overpriced so didn’t eat. Won’t stay again.

It’s conveniently located near both airports ,train station and lots of eateries within walking distance. The shuttle provided by the hotel is a plus because regular taxi and Huber cost a whole lot more from the airport to the hotel even though it’s just few minutes away.

Window shade in the room did not close. I engineered closing it by hanging my Steel toe capped boots by the laces from the closing handle. I attempted to call reception 4 × 4 this and wake up call.And no one answered the phone

Would not stay here again. Too noisy from the road outside as well as being able to hear anyone opening their room door on the same level. Bedding has no doona just sheets and a thin blanket and pillows were useless. Stains on carpet in room 439. Staff were nice at check in.

Laundry room needs upgrading
Staff was excellent as always! Location is great! I’ve stayed here many , many times now. The laundry room didn’t work very well and needs upgrading. 2 washing machines/2 dryers. The first washing machine took my money but did not work. Maintenance staff retrieved my money and got the other machine to work. But after a wash there was still something all over my load of clothes. Not sure if it was soap or lint? So I paid for a second wash, plus extra for an extra rinse. Same result. Still something all over my load of clothes. So $6 + $7 for a total of $13AUD but still needed to be washed again. I hung them dry and packed them when I left to rewash somewhere else.

Fast efficient check in to room. Would have liked a bit simpler meals for late dinner (especially with children) eg bowl of chips/chicken nuggets or toasted sandwich

I have stayed here probably roughly a dozen times give or take. Staff is very professional & helpful! One of the management(Lynnette) remembered me from past stays. She went above & beyond to help me print some travel documents I needed as well as looked up information for local shopping needs I had. Last night apon check-in there was a young Asian women( that claimed she was a international student) yelling and screaming at staff. She Threw a large glass plant bowl that also contained rocks & marbles, across the Check in desk at one of the clerks and shattered it all over the area. She continued to threaten 2 staff members as well as making approximently 8-10 guests trying to check in, very uncomfortable. The Staff kept their composure while they continued to assist the guests. The police were eventually called and the women was removed. I was very impressed how professional the staff was thought the incident.
