Limited parking, and expensive parking at that - if you can get it. Clearly isn’t prioritised for guests. Nice, new and modern hotel. Clean and good amenities in the room. Uncomfortable beds. But most of all, it has 4 elevators that go ALL night and they howl loudly through the elevator shaft all through the night.

We had a lovely stay at the Meriton Suites North Sydney. It was comfortable, clean and secure. Our suite was located directly next to the elevators and we heard absolutely zero noise that would normally be associated with that location in a hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful and the location was optimal for walking and getting around the city. There was some confusion about parking, as reservations must be made beforehand and that wasn't immediately clear when we made room reservations, but we worked it out easily and found a deck about a block away. That's something that might have been stated during the boking process that I simply could have missed. Either way, not really an issue. Overall, a great place to stay in a great spot.

The accommodation was clean and close to the train station which was convenient. The elevators were also very efficient. Our room however had a noisy air conditioner in the bedroom and we were not supplied with any face washes. We didn’t raise this with guest services due to the short duration of our stay.

It is fully furnished with kitchen, laundry, appliances, and accessory; The harbor view is grand eye opening, beautiful sight. But park Garage is challenging a little bit besides the $40 par Fee per daily.

We really enjoyed our stay at Meriton Suites. However the room we booked had harbour bridge views on the listing however on check in we were told the room infact faces towards another building and not the harbour. We then had to pay to upgrade the room which was disappointing as the listing had incorrect / false pictures on it.
