Welcome to Mount St. Raphael's, a tranquil haven nestled in the peaceful north side of Leura. Built in the 1970s with an Art Deco-inspired design, this spacious mountain lodge is modestly preserved in its original state, offering a unique blend of charm and comfort. It's the perfect retreat for large groups, families, and anyone seeking a peaceful escape.
Step inside and be greeted by a light-filled interior, where expansive windows, high ceilings, and open-plan living spaces create an inviting atmosphere. Two generous living areas provide ample seating for everyone to relax together, with a 55" Smart TV ensuring entertainment is always available.
Warmth is assured with gas heating in the main lounge and heaters in each bedroom, making it cosy year-round. Portable fans are also provided for added comfort during warmer months.
At the heart of the home lies a modern kitchen, fully equipped with a large refrigerator, dishwasher, electric stove, oven, and microwave. It seamlessly flows into a spacious dining area, perfect for sharing meals and creating lasting memories.
Mount St. Raphael's comfortably accommodates up to 13 guests across five well-appointed bedrooms, with eight beds offering various configurations to suit your needs.
The original main bathroom features a walk-in shower and bathtub, while the second renovated bathroom combined laundry has a walk-in shower, toilet, and also includes a washing machine and dryer for your convenience.
Outside, the charm continues with large front and rear gardens featuring delightful outdoor dining areas nestled under the trees. The rear covered deck is an ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee or evening meals while soaking in the enchanting leafy views and distant escarpment vistas.
Situated in a picturesque neighbourhood, Mount St. Raphael's is just a pleasant 10-minute walk from Leura Village, where you'll find a delightful array of restaurants, cafes, and shops.

FEES
• The base tariff includes 5 people, and extra guests are charged an additional fee per person, per night.
• Electric car charging is $20 per use, payable separately after booking.
ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING FEE
• Please advise if you intend to use the house electricity to charge your electric car.
• There is a fee of $20 per charge, which is charged separately.
• Kindly inform us of the number of times you plan to charge your car during your stay.
• There is no dedicated EV port at the property. Guests will need to bring their own extension lead and EV-compatible charging cable to connect to the property’s electricity supply.
9PM OUTDOOR NOISE RESTRICTION CURFEW
• For the comfort of our neighbours, please adhere to a noise curfew from 9pm to 8am in all outdoor areas. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a quiet environment during these hours.
IN-HOUSE GUESTS ONLY
• This property is exclusively for registered guests. It cannot be used for gatherings or events, and no additional visitors are allowed without permission.
NO PARTY OR NOISE DISRUPTION POLICY
• We enforce a strict no-party and no-noise disruption policy. As this is a quiet residential area, any breach will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
PAYMENT POLICY
• Deposit: A minimum 50% deposit is required to confirm bookings made more than 30 days before the arrival date.
• Balance & Security Bond: The remaining balance and the refundable security bond must be paid 30 days before the arrival date.
• Full Payment: For bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date, full payment and the refundable security bond are required at the time of booking.
• Transaction Fee: A non-refundable 2.9% Stripe transaction fee applies to all payments including the bond.
• Statement: Payments will appear as ACCOMMODATE BLUE MOUNT on your bank statement.
• Agreement: By making payments, you agree to our terms and conditions.
• Bond Refund: Bond refunds are processed 7 business days after check-out and may take 5-10 days to appear in your bank account.
CANCELLATION POLICY
• Standard Cancellations: Cancellations made 31 days or more before arrival incur a non-refundable AU$5.00 channel manager fee. Cancellations made within 30 days before arrival are non-refundable.
• Event Cancellations: Accommodated is not responsible for cancellations of events, functions, or activities. Such cancellations will be governed by our standard cancellation policy.
• COVID-19 Lockdown: If travel is prohibited due to a COVID-19 lockdown, bookings can be transferred up to one year in advance with one free date change.
