We arrived at the domestic terminal in Sydney had made our way to the designated pick up for the shuttle. We had made the reservation the day prior to be picked up. Waited 15 minutes passed our requested pick up time and still no shuttle. We called the front desk multiple times to no answer. Finally Ubered to the hotel and let the lady checking us in know our frustration with no shuttle coming to get us after making a reservation and also trying several times to call them. No remorse from the front desk lady at all, just “sorry that happened and we will check with the manager and get back to you.” Pretty pathetic to advertise free transportation and then disregard a paying customer when they ask why it didn’t show up to pick you op, and end up paying $30 for a 5 minute Uber instead.
