Bathroom was dirty with multiple long black hairs all around. When I mentioned to reception she couldn’t have cared less. Indicates a poor level of cleaning to me as they were very obvious.

Was expecting better airport view. Charging for transfer was 12 each, was expecting free but there you go. Its 15 minute walk so no choice.

Very convenient and easy. I was early for check-in but the staff did their best to make the room available as soon as possible. Very friendly, and the room was quiet and safe - excellent black-out curtains. I would discourage dining at their bar, though. I got the confit pork belly, which was tough and the accompaniments unpleasant; and the lava cake, which was sweet with good texture but no depth of flavour.

The staff member on duty did not want to print me a receipt why? He could not understand me The food we ordered from the bar was cold and the worst hotel food I have ever eaten The toilet wouldn’t flush The shower was cold The fridge rattled all night And I paid 317 for absolute nothing I have stayed all around Australia and the world worst Hotel experience ever
