Room description and web photos are not accurate. Room in need of a little refresh and a good clean. King bed was actually 2 singles pushed together with a mattress protector holding together. Not very comfortable. Bathroom dirty with mould in the shower and plenty of chipped and broken tiles. Old toothbrush under the vanity. Carpet stained and dirty, good idea to wear black socks while walking around inside. Aircon not working and vents from upstairs to downstairs were full of brown stagnant water and random rubbish. I do not recommend this property. So many other nicer places in the area for the same price or cheaper.

For started we were upgraded I think.. from a studio to a 1 bedroom. Although I was rather disappointed as this room didn’t suite us. The bedroom was tiny and had no TV. Plus the shower is a bathtub combo 👎. And no balcony like the studio would have had. The bed was comfortable and good airflow in the room. But just disappointed on the room choice as it wasn’t what we wanted.

This is my goto place to stay in Sydney. Great little cafe downstairs for brekky, IGA around the corner and Darling Harbour a 5-10 minute walk. Very clean, staff friendly and bed/pillows are amazing.

the old building was beautiful . Very quiet in the unit at night ,easy access to all points of interest. My husband has mobility issues and the location was a short walk to all top activities. Staff were extremely friendly and helpfull

Everything was perfect and exactly as pictured. We mentioned it we were staying for my husband's birthday and they wrote a note and left us snacks and wine in our room which was a lovely surprise. Communication fell short checking out with parking though. That was the only downside. Otherwise definitely recommend

The only thing was the taps in shower and unfortunately my husband forgot to inform the receptionist of this. They were vey lose and I nearly burnt myself under the shower as the handle fell off and had to be put back on. But staff were very friendly and I would definitely stay again
