Overall, a very pleasant stay. The apartment was clean and very functional. Easy walking distance to the domestic airport and Mascot train and shops, or you could take the 350 bus. Washing machine /dryer, oven / microwave and fridge all in good working order. Quiet. We had great views from the 8th floor. If any negatives, there was a smell of mould in the bathroom but the room itself was clean.

I more than likely won't return. The hotel has 8 on-site restaurants listed, but upon arrival I found out all 8 of those are more than a half a mile away from the property. The staff ignored to do not disturb sign on the door multiple times throughout my stay. The carpets in the hallways are covered in stains, though they said that they're in the middle of renovations so in the future that may change. It's listed as having soundproof rooms but I could hear just about every noise in the hallway and from outside, I was on the 8th floor and I could hear dogs barking on the ground and from outside, I was on the 8th floor and I could hear dogs barking on street. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall I had an average experience, I think next time I'll just stick with going to the Branksome though, it's in the same area and price range and had much better amenities and facilities. This hotel doesn't seem much like a luxury hotel, it's more like an old apartment building in the process of becoming a hotel. I had much higher expectations from the listing

My apartment of choice for business and leisure travel when visiting Sydney. Currently the lobby area undergoing renovations which did mean a few steps to carry luggage up. We were placed on a higher floor away from the noise. Staff always super helpful. Shuttle bus available for a few to the airport. Uber or walk and train into the city. Mascot Main Street at other end of the road with great selection of places to eat.
