My young daughter and I stayed here for the first time this week and would recommend it. We felt safe and found the hotel convenient to Circular Quay, Hyde Park and the CBD. My only slight grievance was choosing to pay extra for a park view room.. and being given a room which predominantly had a view of the building opposite with a slight view of the park. Otherwise excellent and would stay here again.

This is my second stay at the Sheraton and it was well worth it. I was travelling for a work meeting and my family came along for the weekend before the meetings, so we had a convoluted set of three bookings. The Sheraton put the boys in an adjoining room, and connected my work booking to my person booking so I was able to remain in the same room the whole time. Great service as well as amenities.

We had a fantastic stay at this Sheraton. From the moment we entered the lobby, and throughout our entire stay, the staff made us feel welcome. A special shout-out to the exceptional Akash, who made us feel well looked after. He is truly a gem and a role model for outstanding customer service. Our room was quiet and the location is walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. My 3-year-old loved the hotel pool and jacuzzi, while I found some peace and quiet in the steam room. Thank you for a wonderful weekend city getaway.

Poor communication
Good hotel but suffers from poor communication. Not enough information about the hotel's restauarants /cafe /bar etc in the room. No info at all anout breakfast, had to go down and ask, turns out they have a really good hot/cold buffet, but took two days before we knew about it. Poor communcation about pool facilities etc. The lower cafe was either not open or only open for high teas. Forza hotel of that size and standard certainly not enough dining options.

Luxury! plush comfortable beds , fluffy and luxurious bedding, large bathroom with everything you need right down to the small details, such as plenty of power points and right where you need them and enough space to put your own toiletries. All the staff from the doorman to reception and the house and wait staff were all excellent. I love this hotel I will be back as often as possible.
