Excellent hotel, great location in Darling Harbor. Only temporary issue, there is a huge construction project directly in front of the hotel. The room configuration was a bit odd, but nevertheless great otherwise.

Room was great and clean. Staff at check in were a little quiet and seemed uninterested but had better staff on check out. The room AC seemed to struggle a a bit with the morning sun and the harbour view room was very hot by 9am. Nice views and easy walking to places made it convenient.

Great hotel in major tourist area

Really enjoyable stay in a comfortable hotel located in Darling Harbour and close to all its attractions. Hotel has great service and facilities with a fantastic buffet breakfast available. Will definitely stay here again when in Sydney

Great hotel situated in Darling Harbour district. Service second to none. Room best view ever. Room large and very comfortable. Highly recommended stay in Sydney Observations: The bar fridge will never cool in an enclosed cupboard with no ventilation. Ice machine on selected floors would save money rather than have delivery and wait times The room lighting controls are the strangest I have ever seen. All on all off only one night stand light works when lights turned off. Total darkness in washroom when night light feature activated.
