Beautiful blend of old and new
Beautiful modern room in an old quaint hotel. Very comfortable. Very expensive too. Great location with pub food in the street level and close by everything you could want.

Location was great, parking easy, staff friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious the only issue we had was the beds too hard and uncomfortable to sleep on.

Excellent location, great service, nicely appointed rooms. The only thing is — the rooms are not carpeted and room service won’t deliver if you only order soup as it’s done by a third party and there is limited parking at the hotel. Otherwise it is a really beautiful hotel, with great service.

Very convenient historic hotel in the Centre of the shopping district of Sydney. Nice large sized rooms with twin beds so easily good for a family of 3-4. Breakfast was good but very busy depending on the time of arrivial. Areas of improvement: some of the areas of hotel could have a refresh. In addition, many of the front desk staff / concierge were focused on the Japanese visitors that they get so had a somewhat limited knowledge of the Sydney region and always needed to google the most basic of questions and also did not follow up on requests (our early morning wake-up call for our flights did not happen as an example)

Great stay at the Grace, we stayed here for the Sydney Marathon. Very clean and spacious room. Needs a Nespresso machine :). Staff were friendly and accommodating, they could see we were tired and helped to our room a couple of hours early. Everything is in walking distance, transportation is close by and was handy to make it to the race start. Lots of restaurants/coffee shops nearby. QVB was close by and had a lovely place for breakfast on the main floor with great coffee. The complimentary soft drinks every day were a sweet bonus. Would definitely stay again.

My stay was pleasant. My only feedback is that when I showered, the water would cycle from hot to cold repeatedly the entire time, even when the tap was turned to its hottest. Otherwise a very enjoyable stay.
