I had a lovely stay with my 3 sisters brothers in law and husband. It was a great time to enjoy time together learning the public transport in Sydney. We are all from the country and not having used public transport much before we thought we would have a few days and learn together. Throughly recommend The Grace very handy and everyone friendly and helpful. Thanks see you next time

I would like to express my disappointment during my recent stay at your establishment. Although I usually choose to stay elsewhere, I opted for Grace specifically because of your sauna facilities. Unfortunately, my expectations were not met. Upon using the sauna, I discovered that only one of the four heating elements was operational, which meant the sauna would not heat up. As someone who was looking forward to relaxing and unwinding in the sauna, this was a significant letdown.

Fantastic hotel right in the centre of Sydney. We were travelling with a toddler and were able to check-in early which was really appreciated. The check-in staff was really lovely as were all the hotel staff. The hotel is gorgeous. The lobby is well maintained and very chic. The room itself was clean and comfortable with all the amenities that you need. The items in the mini fridge were complementary too which was great. It was super easy to get to the hotel via public transport, the train is approx 5 min walk from the hotel. There is so much to do around the area, lots of good local bars and restaurants and it’s very close to the darling harbour area. I would not recommend the Italian restaurant outside the hotel but I would recommend the Malaysian place. Highly recommend this hotel

The property is in an excellent location for shopping, transport, restaurants and CBD. The beds were the comfiest I have slept in for a long time and the property is well kept.

It was a beautiful refurbished hotel but kept the old charm too and so handy to CBD, everyone was very pleasant and helpful, lovely breakfast and having other restaurants right there too.certainly stay there again and recommend it to others
