Wonderful place to stay. Lovely staff who had Aus plugs for our ipad, free umbrella when it rained and secure bag storage when we checked out. Good water pressure and clean, modern rooms.

This hotel was ok but I was really disappointed with the room size and it's configuration. whilst I understand that is a hotel room, and you don't spend much time in it, the position of the window ( very high on the wall so unable to get a sense of where you are) the brownish smooth panelling gave me faint feelings of claustrophobia. There was space for one suitcase open on the floor, in front of a wardrobe, so one of us had to man handle cases on to and off the bed to get things in and out and it was awkward. I was not expecting this size of room for its price. Staff were good, space was clean, breakfast ok.

Good location, clean and modern.
Tank Stream is in a good, central location. Our room was, as expected, on the small side but totally fine for our short stay. It was undergoing some reception renovation during our stay but no big hardship. Only one minor issue was the restaurant, which seemed to have lost my booking and could also not serve several menu items. Would recommend the hotel though.

The Tank Stream room is close to food and shopping. It’s an easy walk from there to the Sydney Opera House and access to ferries.
