Area: The property is in the best place! It’s walking distance to a huge stretch of food and retail places. The local culture and vibes are also great. Service of hotel: Customer service was great and room was super clean. Houskeeping is provided as well. Only issue we had was that our room; I believe there were pipes or something of the such behind the walls so unfortunately we had constant knocking and banging sounds throughout the whole time there.

Great location in Newtown

Great location, rebuilt office structure. No washcloths, AC unit was a little old and struggled. It rained a couple of times, rather hard, the design of the hotel allows water to get inside the breezeways near the rooms, bit flooded but not terribly so. The price is a bit higher than the general area but many of the places here are hostels, this was a proper hotel.

Newtown is a very trendy area. The hotel is close to the train station which was great. The rooms were very small but clean enough. Parking was very difficult to find especially at the weekend. Was an ok hotel, don’t set your expectations high and you won’t be disappointed.

The Urban Newtown is in the perfect location if you are going to a concert at the Enmore Theatre. It has a really quirky / funky vibe and the customer service was fantastic. There are plenty of great dining options in the area and you can walk everywhere. We loved it.

Was really noisy as the windows was on the corner of the main road and side road. No parking onsite as it was booked out and had to walk 800mtr with luggage and a pet down a busy road

We really enjoyed the woman who checked us in. She was just wonderful, and I even had a conversation with her, on our second night. She was just perfect. Oh, we also liked that we could have some actual wine, beer, or cider as well as some teats with it. That was a huge surprise! We don’t get that in the USA. Take care abcs I wish you more stats and a Happy New Year!!!
