Upon arrival in our room there was an extreme scent of cleaner to the extent we had to change rooms. The small refrigerator in the new room was noisy and the room was cold once we entered. The TV channel selection was very limited. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot.

Nice spot, paid and was approved for late check out, front desk called and asked when we would be leaving we told them we had a late check out. Several minutes later three hotel staff barged in our room asking when we would be planning to check out. Clearly very little communication, was refunded for the money we paid for late check out. Would recommend you check out at 11am sharp.

The hotel went beyond our expectations. The rooms were big and great quality for the cost. Breakfast was great the next morning as well. Staff were very friendly

It took 30 minutes for hot water. It was outdated. We were lied to by the desk staff about the kitchen being under maintenance and breakfast was supposed to be included but was told there was none, only to see people eating and then the time was changed from 600 - 630 so most of the workers could not eat. Will not stay there again and do not recommend.

Bed was uncomfortable, at one side there was a indent in the bed that was uncomfortable. The machine in the arcade took money or didnt work. We go to the front to get change and they had none. The front desk gave my husband a hard time when he asked for his money from the change machine that didnt work. The carpets were dirty. I ended feeling more tired because of the lack of sleep and the going back and forwards. It was very incovenient.
