The stay started rocky when they informed me the WiFi was not working. Since I was planning to do some work while there that was a major disappointment. The next morning I had a cold shower as there was no hot water. I thought well at least they have great cinnamon rolls. And then the cinnamon roll the only one out at breakfast was hard and not edible. I will say that the bed was comfortable but that was the only positive in my one night here.

We realized right after the booking that it was the wrong city and immediately tried to cancel. We contacted Expedia and the hotel but we got NO RESPONSE. Never again will I use Expedia for anything. First of all I never even got to check in because after Expedia made a correction with my check in date for holiday inn, which they spoke with hotel to complete, I discover upon arriving to hotel after driving 4.5 hours that the hotel was not paid. Apparently, Expedia uses some type of virtual card to pay the hotel after I already submitted my payment to Expedia. So bottom line is that Expedia did not pay for my stay after I paid them to book the room. I am still waiting on my refund from. Terrible experience all around. Highly disappointed

The first room wasn't cleaned very well. The surfaces were sticky and dusty. The room had a strong stinky order. It smelled like feet. The suite downstairs still had a strong odor but it was clean. I don't think I want to stay here again.

The pool was very inviting, and the breakfast was very good. Everyone was very friendly. The only negative, our room had been freshly cleaned when we arrived and whatever cleaner was used was overpowering. The second night was much better.
