We (four of us, two rooms) arrived at 3:30pm. Ours rooms were supposed to be ready for 3:00pm. Us as well as other guests didn't get rooms untl 4:45pm. During this entire time including the intial greeting by the front desk we had horrible customer service with no communication as to what was going on or when our room would be ready. In fact she just complained to us about how she was frustrated with the situation too. We finally get one of the two rooms and it was still dirty. Things on the floor, clearly not swepted or mopped, toilet not properly flushed, bed poorly made, toothpaste in sink and dirty towel hung up over shower. We had house keeping come back in to clean it. It took another half hour until our other room was ready. They made me do paperwork twice for these two separate rooms. When i asked to know the manager schedule for the next day i was told she didn't know and was not allowed to give out that information and was rude during this conversation. We got back to the hotel room late at 2am only to find that my bed was soaking wet! They had put wet, not damp, but wet bedding on my bed when they made it. There was no one at the front desk at this time to help/talk too. Besides the wetness had soaked into the mattress already anyways. There is no way that staff didnt know those sheets were wet when they were put on the bed. There was no shampoo or conditioner in either room. When we checked out there was once again no one at the front desk to talk to.
