I can share my experience related to the room we were assigned to. we were in room 206 and the furnitures in the room were sooo old and bad. you can feel easily the spring in the sofa bed. so my kids couldn't sleep all night. And they were full so couldn't give us the chance to try another room. Even the bathroom door can't be closed, it doesn't fit!

The space was adequate for 2 adults and a teen. We liked the kitchenette and breakfast. Took advantage of the all hours, free coffee area in the lobby. Room and bathroom were clean, however lots of cobwebs up in the ceiling of the kitchen. Noticed immediately that the mirror light was out in the bathroom and called for a fix the first night. Reminded the lobby again about the Light the next morning. No one from maintenance ever came to replace the bulb. Several soap dispensers were empty and the replacement bottles were nearly impossible to get open. The heat and hot water were great after a chilly day in Syracuse!

We are partly disabled and were given a room that required a lot of walking for us. I had called for a room close to the lobby in early afternoon but upon arrival we were changed to a room much farther away. We had to walk out to the car to drive to the front of the building to access breakfast. You are definitely not ADA compliant Phone in room 133 didn’t work. Wood under bath sink was missing Pro. Clean, comfortable, quiet

Full kitchen with large refrigerator was great. Excellent for a one night or longer stay. Unique was the effect of parking lot lights through the trees making lovely patterns on the walls. It was peaceful and comfortable beyond our expectations.

The state of this hotel is sad. Everything is really dated but it's also not clean, things in the rooms don't work, and some of the supplies are branded from other hotel chains. As it is suites, there is a kitchen but asking for more than one plate and coffee cup (since that's all there were) got us paper versions of both. That really didn't matter but it just seems like this place is barely holding it together. The staff is friendly, for the most part, and did their best. I just wouldn't stay here again, especially at the rate we paid for the room.

Quick fast friendly checkin. Lobby newer, bfast was good. The room was clean, except its very outdated. The rugs need to be replaced everywhere, very grimy. Bathrooms need updating. Room smelled. Need new pillows. Living room furniture grimy.

We've stayed here many times while visiting our daughter. The two-bedroom, two-bath option is very nice. I would note that this hotel could use a big hug—updating furniture and fixtures, new carpets, etc. It always has a musty smell, and everything in the rooms is outdated.

I reserved a suite specifically for 3 people with a king bed and a fold out sofa. Our room did not have a fold out bed. Room had an old food smell that never went away. Breakfast was decent on the first day, and on the second day, it was slop. Design of room is bizarre - closet is in the bathroom. Would not stay again. However, the front desk clerk on Saturday night was SUPER helpful!!!!!!
