Completely off The highway, not a good location of town. The elevator felt like it was gonna break when you got on it. The shower was old and dirty. The staff was unfriendly.

I am a frequent business traveler and typically stay in Marriotts - but Auburn has none - I stayed here for a conference that was taking place here. The staff at the desk was so polite and professional and genuine. The room was clean, everything worked great. Very quiet, and the mattress was extremely comfortable. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. I really liked it! Fellow Guests were nice too.

Stayed overnight for a nearby swim meet. Room was clean comfortable. Black out curtains definately work! I woke and thought it was the middle of the night but it was 7:45. Staff was friendly. Only downside was that tub in room 315 held water when showering, drain probably needs to be cleaned. Staff notified of this when checking out.

It had many amenities of which I didn't even use for the one night stay but I would highly recommend it for anyone staying in town. It was within walking distance of restaurants and highlights of Auburn. The only thing that bothered me a little bit was the toilet was VERY low, lower than the height of the bathtub top and the bed was much softer than I'm used to but I am 67 with a bad back. Even so, I enjoyed my stay and would go there again.

Property is well maintained and close to food and shopping. Only issue was the down comforter and pillows. My son and I are allergic to down. Walmart was close enough to buy our own plllows and blankets.

It’s almost impossible to get a hold of somebody via the phone to make a reservation so book online. However, the facility itself is clean and comfortable, breakfast was good and I would stay again (I came in for an event and missed out on the group rate as nobody EVER answered the phone after calling 5 days straight at various times…about 30 calls in total). Once in person, the front desk and other facility staff were wonderful, just nobody answers the phone!
