This B&B is so cute. We loved our stay. The room is cute with a balcony and the breakfast is delicious.

Very well located. A very simple and rather small room. Decent balcony. Good breakfast. Hardly a great room, but given Syracuse in the summer, not a bad stay all in all.

The pictures of this hotel on Expedia do not do it justice. It’s on the second floor of a historic building and the rooms are beautiful. The balconies to sit in the shade in a warm day are amazing. The breakfast was the best I’ve had possibly ever! Staff were very quick to communicate and very friendly. We spent 10 nights here to use as a base for exploration and could have spent another 10. Highly recommend. 11/10

5 de 5 estrellas. Excelente! Además, me han recomendado un restaurante riquísimo, lo mejor que he comido en el viaje: LA TAVERNETTA UNO DA SIMONE. La habitación es MUY limpia, muy agradable, con techos altos y mucha luz. La cama muy cómoda Finalmente, esta muy bien ubicada!

Una meravigliosa scoperta
Abbiamo pernottato io e mio fratello presso il B&B Xenia di Ortigia giorno 16 dicembre 2023, Chiara la proprietaria una persona squisita e molto affabile ed il personale non era da meno. La struttura è molto bella e ben tenuta e la colazione ricca ed abbondande. Esperienza che ripeteremo sicuramente 🤗🤗🤗
