"Everything was great: The service at breakfast and the M Club, cleaning and even very fast fixing something in the room. We really enjoyed the stay. BUT: The very last moment while checking out, the receptionist (woman, 8am, Aug. 21) was not friendly, you have to ask for everything and no questions from her how your stay was or not thanking us that we spent our vacation there. It would be very unfair to give just 3 stars for the service only just because of her, but I would give only her 1 star. Very unfortunate for the hotel that the overall performance was marred by one person."

"Das Hotel was gross und sehr schön. Die Zimmer waren von der grösse auch gut. Die Balköne war Richtung Innenhof, Pool und Meer gerichtet. Das Frückstück war in unserer Buchung inkl. Das Angebot war lecker und vielseitig. Es hat einige Pools und Meer Zugang, somit hat sie die Masse an Gästen immer gut verteilt. Das Personal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Getränke und Speisen am Pool waren meiner Meinung nach sehr Teuer. Ein Eis hat fast 6€ gekostet. Das Mobiliar in den Zimmer war zwar hochwertig doch man merkt das es etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Würde das Hotel weiterempfehlen und auch wieder gehen."
