Two night stay. No maid service so asked for extra towels for second day. Maid said she couldn't provide extra towels. Had to got to front desk to get towels. Remote control for tv broken. Restaurant about Dennys quality and price. Go to nearby casino for good meal.

Scary area, actually stood next to a guy smoking crack at the intersection just outside the property on my way to the casino nearby for a concert. Then passed the same situation underneath an overpass nearby walking home. Ughhh.

Hotel was not in a safe part of town. Beds were it actually queen beds. Our sink didn’t drain. The deadbolt on our door felt very insecure. Staff was friendly though.

The hotel itself was fine. A little older but clean. Bedding and linens were comfortable. The neighborhood is a little sketchy. A lot of homeless people and very dirty surrounding the area. Only outside parking with security cameras. I felt a little unsafe in hotel and would not suggest walking any where nearby. The. Emerald queen Casino and hotel is close by and a better choice. Or 5-10 mins away is Point Ruston

Best Hotel for Concerts
Room was clean and check in was easy! I stayed here because of how close the hotel was to the Tacoma dome and it was prefect! Bed was comfortable, staff was friendly. If I need a place to stay near the Tacoma Dome again, will definitely come back to this hotel.

Our room was supposedly clean just before we went in. But the floors were dirty, carpet dirty. We asked for 2 queens, they insist they are queens. But more like dbl beds, outlets in the room did not work. AC was very loud, breakfast was nothing compared to other La Quinta. Staff were friendly though.

It was very convenient. A little outdated, but clean enough. The area is surrounded by homeless and feels unsafe, could not walk to or from the Tacoma Dome due to that feeling.
