the build doors woundlt work , toilet got clogged and was told to call back later .. if u need front desk hwlp u need to all the way down stairs .. the wlevator does t work properly .. the list can go on
The check in was longer than any other check in I have encountered. The property was not what I expected felt very unsafe. The beds very uncomfortable. Will never book again.
There was a prior guests sock in the drawer. No soap, shampoo or conditioner. All utensils were finally located in the dishwasher. There was no dishwasher soap, so I just left them there. Glad I didn’t need them. This place is an extended stay and there are a lot of full time residence people.
Front desk wasn’t friendly, room smell was horrible. Pull out couch didn’t have any sheets and had to move the couch around to even sleep on. Wouldn’t recommend or stay again
Smell of entry and elevator was bad.
Smell of room was worse.
Left after one night and couldn’t even get a refund for the second night that I wasn’t even staying there.
Manager said there was no smell At All. Said she stayed in room for 1 hour to check. Laughable. Unbelievable.
While most staff are good. Here are couple of issues. 1. As it is extended stay I want to tidy up the room and I asked the cleaning lady for a sweeper which is in the cleaning trolley there and she was not cooeprative saying me buy your own. Another cleaner male person was generous enough to spare the sweeper later on. 2. The same cleaning lady was clearning post 6 am when coffee machine needs to be opened and was the same again saying that coffee machine only after 6 am while it is 6:10. Later she was ok to rush and bring the coffee. These things could be improved. 3. Check out time while is 11 am I asked for an extension as was there for 10 days and the staff said on the dot at 11:00 AM. I understand that sometimes it cannot be extended but the way they communicate matters. Just that don't expect much support from staff, they just go by the rules. Otherwise the suites were ok for the price.
