Rooms WAY TOO HOT.
Nice place and wonderful staff BUT seriously hard to sleep! The hotel controls the room temperature even though each room has its own thermostat. They don’t let you put the aircon below 24C or 75.2F. Just miserable for us to sleep in that temperature. The windows also don’t open. Breakfast was just okay. Again, great staff and nice hotel BUT if you want to sleep in a room colder than what I said above find another hotel. Funny that the lobby and restaurant were nice and cool.

Property is overall great, nice amenities and friendly staff. Not many things could be better. Internet connection got broken one time, but they resolved it within 1h and that can happen everywhere. Showers are top, rainforest to take a shower.

The hotel location is amazing, right next to MRT which is super convenient for all our travelling needs. The staff were all wonderful. It would have been good if the hotel offered dinners but there are many restaurants nearby.

Stayed for 6 nights on holiday Sept 25 - Oct 2 2024. Staff is helpful and courteous. Free breakfast was fantastic. Room was spacious, clean, and everything worked. Location is very walkable and less than a block from major bus and train stations. Lots of food options nearby and even a local laundromat who cleaned and folded all my clothes for only 9 USD! Look forward to staying at Les Suites again next time I visit Taipei.

The happy hour 5-7 pm was a nice touch. The eggs/omelet section take too long to make…finished breakfast and the sunny side eggs we ordered didn’t come out.
