Truly beautiful hotel - perfect for families
We had a wonderful stay here! The pictures don’t do the hotel justice. It’s outside of Khao Lak centre which was perfect for us - easy to reach lots of amazing sights and local restaurants by taxi. The family rooms are huge and beautifully appointed with separate spaces for kids’ bunk beds and big balconies. The service was wonderful - especially in the main restaurant, at Rosalyn Spa and the lovely kids club. The pools are the highlight though. They wind their way through the hotel, inc. kids pools, slides and splash pads.

The facility is great and in close proximity of the beach. Room setup is great as well. Dining options are limited but food was good and overall satisfactory.

Séjour très agréable dans cet hotel. Équipe au petit soin. La propreté des chambres était remarquable. Petit déjeuner très bon avec beaucoup de spécialités thaïlandaises. Les deux restaurants de l’hôtel proposait un large choix de plats. L’hôtel est un peu éloigné de la ville mais des navettes sont à disposition pour le market et le khao Lak center

Super ophold!
Et flot hotel i pæn stand, servicen er i top og værelserne er flotte. Stranden er også virkelig smuk, man skal bare være opmærksom på store bølger. Priserne på hotellet er ikke billige, men stadig fair priser. Eneste minus er at ventetiden og organiseringen af resturanterne er forholdsvis dårlige. Man skal også være klar på, at her er mange gæster og derfor vil solsenge være hurtigt optaget, og meget larm i resturanterne. Men alt i alt et super ophold!!

It was a comfortable stay. Service at reception was very helpful. Rooms were clean and housekeeper was very helpful. Service in the restaurants (both, inside and beachside) was not very good. Waiting time to be helped was very long, food did not arrive together and no clean glasses.

Vår tolkning för att betygsätta upplevelsen kommer nedan; Servicen i restaurangen 2 av 5 Servicen i baren 1 av 5 Housekeeping 5 av 5 Reception 2 av 5 Aktiviteter på hotellet 3 av 5 Detta hotell kändes mer som en 4 stjärnigt hotell. Absolut inte 5 stjärnigt. Personalen vänliga men har brist på kunskap.
