Only stayed one night of my two night reservation, and only because it was too late to go anywhere else. Room was dirty, stains on floors, bed, and walls. Smelled extremely moldy and mold on the AC unit. We got sick and our clothes smelled like mold. No shampoo or conditioner in the bottles in the shower. TV only had three channels working and all others said direct tv is negotiating the rights. Front desk person told me I would have to go through Expedia to get a refund for the night because I booked with a third party they couldn’t help me,but honestly it was worth the money to just get out. Guy in front of me having similar issues. Found a Holiday Inn that was clean and so much better down the road. Disappointed because we have had good luck with Comfort Inn and Suites across the country.

The first room smelled very very moldy. They moved me to another that didn’t seem to have mold but I ended sick with a sore throat and aches. The symptoms cleared up within an hour of leaving the inn. I will never stay there again.

Well worth the price
I ordered a room which had accessibility for a disabled person. the room had plenty of space however when I went to the bathroom. it was a tub not a roll in shower and it only had a hand bar for getting in the tub. it did not have a handball on the side so that you could stabilize yourself as you showered. also there was a odor in the room when I had the air condition off but it was good for the price. I'm quite sure the mildewy smell was from the room not being used that often. all in all it was well worth the price that I paid for it.

Hitel was average location not so good restaurants around very limited no places around to go dinner, housekeeping service not so good i ask for towels, shampoo and pickup trash in the morning and when i comeback in the afternoon there was no towels,no shampoo and trash still in the room so no service was made in my room, pool area very dirty specially the bathrooms and no towels were provided because they didn't have clean towels at the pool, breakfast was ok and finally i was waiting more than 10 min at the counter to do the check out because the person in charge was smoking a cigarette and i had to wait for that reason

A nice hot breakfast with a variety of items was available. Had to change rooms because the A/C was not working in the room. Luckily the room next door was available so it was an easy switch.

Clean Facility with great breakfast
Very nice facility located near the highway. The room was clean, quiet and the breakfast was very good. We chose this location because it was approximately half way between Tuscaloosa and our home in SW Florida.

I didn't like that i was put into a handicap room on the first floor which was very noises and the front desk didn't seem to care and told me if I want the room or not. I'm not disable so that was very wrong.

The hotel had a terrible dingy black mold type smell as soon as you pass midway through the lobby. The rooms were even worse, as if the carpets get shampooed and they’re too soaked. The carpet needs pulled asap , pathogens got to be sealing from the carpet. This 7.4 rating is inaccurate.

Bathroom needs renovation
Water in tub would not run out. I showered with water pooled up to my ankle. I had to make it a quick shower. Bathroom light was too low. Bath tub was chipped up with pieces of the ceramic peeling as you shower. Shower curtain was filthy. Bath tub leaked. Had to use the towels to prevent it spreading all over the bathroom.
