Convenient and ease getting off the interstates. Room was comfortable and quiet. One night stay. Although my room was non smoking, you had to walk through the smokers getting into the hotel. Nice hot breakfast. Would stay again. Please move smoking area away from thr front door.

The front staff were very nice but housekeeping did not clean our rooms. The towels they provided had a musty smell and so did the room. The bathroom shower/tub was very dirty.

I didn’t have a check in because I was told this is NOT a pet friendly hotel. They had it advertised as pet friendly. After traveling for 11 plus hours in the car, I was told they absolutely do not accept pets! I had to find another place, Drury Plaza, which always accepts pets! I did get a total refund, for which I was very grateful!!

Property was clean and location is convenient for a one night visit to the area. Upon arrival the door to room was open and the refrigerator door was open( appeared to be an attempt to melt ice buildup). Back to desk to ask if maintenence was ongoing and told no. OKAY....got up next mornimg and NO hairdryer! I needed that after the goofy shower spray hit me in the head when i turned on faucet in tub. No serious issues but little things stand out when back in the area to choose a 1-2 nite stay.

This by far was the most despicable hotel I have ever been in! It was dirty the towels were dirty the bathtub was dirty the room stunk like mildew and I’m pretty sure some smoked in the room and had an animal. Both my husband and I had an allergy attack. I will not ever recommend this hotel.
