The place was excessively dirty. TV does not work, there was a leak coming from the ceiling and a bucket to hold the water. No towels, no soap, the room they gave me was on the third floor and there was no working elevator. There was a big hole on the bathroom wall. If they were to let me stay for free I would say thank you but I will not stay.

We had to wait to check in even though we didnt attempt to check in until 5pm. The room was very dirty. Towels and wash clothes had dirt stains.there was literally black mold growing in middle of floor. I literally took my shoe and rubbed a section away it was so visible. The bathroom was ABSOLUTELY disgusting. The other tenants were drinking and loud. At 2 am we left and went home before the hurricane even had left area. There was no micro wave, no remote for tv , and not even a small trash can . Only other room they had available was a room with leaking ceiling.

The property is very run down and super dirty. I never since any place that dirty in my life and we travel alot every years. The blanket has gigantic hold they still let customers use it. Bathroom don't even have paper roll holder. Dirt everywhere in room even on the furniture. Broken mirror lay on the ground without hang up. The toilet is so brown like poop all over. The bath tube are pill off and change color to orange. The double beds was booked for 4 peoples. They only offer 2 pillows. All the sheets are so old. Basically, look like a homeless place for over $200/ night. The motel is not safe at all. When my family and I come back to sleep has guys there keep ask me and even ask for what room I was in and tried to follow me. The door lock is not sucure as the door not even close right. 1 kick all it need. I have kids with me and hard to find a place to stay during FSU family reunion and Football week. 1st time there and never again. Also, during check in so many other people came to complain about the dirtiness. The staff is not polite. They just want your money and not want or willing to help. There are sign they put up everywhere in the lobby state that once you checkin there are no refund. You didn't know the condition of the room till you checkin. What a joke.

The room was very dirty. The floors were not even swept clean, had debris everywhere. The shower was very dirty and had hairs all over the shower walls. The toilet only flushed if you held the handle down. 3 hand towels provided, no bath towel or wash cloth. Someone urinated in the stairwell overnight. Nope, never again.

the property was dirty, homeless people outside, sketchy. I could not stay there with my daughter. There were stains on the blankets, one pillow per bed, dingy towels, a wall that looked unfinished and dingy to. This is not worth paying for and i had to go get another room. This was not a safe enviroment so i left.

The place is a dump! The room has a multitude of rusty fixtures and moldy/mildewy spots. The floor appeared to have been cleaned or treated but was left with some type of oil film that was slippery on my shoes and stained my socks. When I arrived, the room had 3 wash cloths and one bathmat, but no hand towels or shower towels. I went to the front desk to get those towels, and when I returned to my room I found they were either not clean or had severe dirt stains on them. The neighboring room was having a loud gathering including loud TV, maybe 4-5 adults talking in loud voices, and even a baby crying until after 1:30am on Saturday night. Bottom line: Save yourself and never go near this dump.

THIS PLACE IS NOT SAFE FOR ANYONE We arrived Friday evening around 7:00pm and literally turned around and checked out at 7:05pm THE WORST HOTEL EVER. Bathroom had no working lights, walls throughout the room FILTHY beyond words can express. They are not only a motel but also house homeless and drug addict. The owners don’t care what you say, they automatically charged the credit card. They should honestly not be listed as motel more like a halfway housing.

Not sure how the local health dept could allow this to be open. A lot of trash in courtyard including poop. The pool was filled with leaves and trash in water. The elevator stunk and had markings of dropped sticky fluid substance.the room had a mini fridge outside the door. The curtain did not fit window, light came in all the time. The smoke detector was ripped apart, with wires hanging. Shower light did not work, toilet seat was worn where more than 1/4 of seat was pressed wood.I only stayed long enough to contact a friend and made arraignments to stay elsewhere. The window at front desk had signs of NO REFUnDS. Not sure why your company keeps sending guests to this dump. I will think hard about using your service again.

was given the keys for room 301 third floor west side of bldg ,the room did not have a number on it , the room looked like a crime scene no tv , sheets were dirly and full of holes , key did not work to open door and from window i saw quite a few roaches running around the bed and by pillow. The place overall looked not good like a prison atmosphere with very sketchy people , went t lobby to request another room , the attendant were communicating in another language , it just felt not right i decided to return the key and booked another stay somewhere else , will not recommend
