Fairly recently up-dated older motel. They did a pretty good job. Not much surface space, however, for stuff in the bathroom. Best place around.

This is a very clean, comfortable, basic motel room with friendly staff. Served our needs for a place to sleep for 1 night. Better lighting, a sheer curtain under blackout curtain for natural light and quieter air conditioner would be good additions.

A pleasant stay at a nostalgic property
Long before the rise of corporate hotel chains there were small mom-and-pop single story motels like the Royal Inn. basic accommodations but also including a couch, refrigerator and a small microwave. No restaurant or pool but lots of local eating options. Perhaps the best part is a family that really cares for their guests. I had trouble identifying the best wifi connection and they cheerfully helped me. I don’t expect to ever visit Perry again, but would not hesitate to stay there again.

Super Clean and Very Friendly Staff
The staff here was super friendly, room was meticulously clean. manager saw me outside in the morning and asked how we slept and really cared about the answer. He was so kind and genuinely concerned with how we enjoyed our stay. No frills basic lodging but fantastic for that purpose!
