It is located close to the places I wanted to visit. For places further afield like Kumu or Kondriag, the hotel is a short walk from the tram stop. Very helpful staff. I'd recommend it

Right in the heart of things
You can’t beat the location- steps from the old town and the tram. The room was a bit small but just fine for me. There is a very ample and varied breakfast. The price was very reasonable. I’ve stayed in 4 other hotels in Tallinn over the years and this was the most convenient for access to the old town & ttabsp

We used this hotel for our first holiday alone and it was brill! Very close to old Tallinn, just a 3 min walk and youre there. Also easy to get to from the airport there are multiple busses that take you very close. The hotel is quiet and the staff were lovely.

Fantastic location right by the old town in Tallinn. Good value. But uncomfortable bed, and no way to change the room temperature made for uncomfortable nights.

Mattress and Pillows time to change. Location Good
Generally, the stay was ok as its within the edge of old town near to Viru Gate .Bed in Family Room were soft and pillows lumpy. Need to provided new pillows at the minimum. Also toilets were not well designed as water splashes out of the curtain which makes the toilet floor wet. Water pressures was good with well stocked shampoo and bath soap. We stayed 4 nights in this Family Room.

We had a lovely long stay at Bern as a base for exploring Estonia and surroundings. The staff was courteous, helpful and very prifessional. The rooms are spacious, quiet and well ventilated. Bedding is very comfortable. Shower is HOT! And the fridge is a convenience. Location is perfect: close enough to walk anywhere in Old Town but far from the boozier, noisier sections. If you're spending time in Tallinn, you can't ask for better.
