So nice hotel. But service is poor. My coffee machine was broken and I informed the front desk. They asked me what they should do. I said, a new coffee machine would be nice. No coffee machine showed up. I had to ask multiple times for the sauna to be turned on. I asked if i could do it because they weren't reliable. Nope. You have to ask to get a menu at the hotel bar and get there attention when they are not engrossed in their phone.

I had to book a staying for my family with a very short notice and the lobby service at Radisson Olümpia made sure we could get two connected rooms with extra beds. Also the room service worked like a charm. A warm recommendation!

Favulous hotel within 15 mins walk of the old city, with a big swimming pool and one of the best hotel gyms I’ve encountered. Staff were friendly and helpful, and there was ample parking. A great experience all round.

I really don’t understand why people rated eight out of 10. This hotel definitely need to be updated. Receptionist was really helpful. Maria and Robert was the best. swimming pool area is great amazing view from the window. Also, fitness center is wonderful. That’s where is a good things are finish. Our room was really claustrophobic with a stinky carpet. Shower area are disgusting with mold on the walls. Breakfast buffet was really poor with large flies, sitting on the cheese and other goodies.
