It was a bit far from Kumamoto city area, but the room was spacious and onsen was pleasant. Took a train from Tamana station to go to Kumamoto castle.

It is the biggest hotel in Tamana Onsen. Our room was big and comfortable for a family of three. The hotel has its own onsen though just crossing the street there is a one of the biggest onsen in Western Japan.

朝食の時、暖かいお茶を探せずにお尋ねしたところ、準備がなかったようですが、その後tea bagを準備され、席までお持たら下さいました。ありがとうございました。一つ残念なのは、お部屋の空気清浄機のほこりや、水タンクの蓋周りのカビが気になりました。

とても綺麗なホテルで、ホテルのスタッフの対応も素晴らしかったです!!(到着するまでに何度か電話対応して頂きました)大浴場には露天風呂とサウナもあり、朝風呂までしっかり堪能しました。1つ素泊まりにしたのが残念で、夕食と朝食をお願いしてたらと思いました。長閑な場所で近くにあまりお店がなく、ホテル前の飛び込みで入った飲食店が微妙でしたが、ホテルにはあと2〜3日泊まりたかったね!と話した位に、素晴らしいホテルでした!!また熊本を訪れる際には泊まりたいホテルです。

家族旅行です。部屋からの眺めは遠くの山と街が一望出来、また、館内は静かな開放感のある雰囲気。温泉♨️は広く、露天の和の雰囲気はとても素晴らしいものです。朝食は小鉢をバイキングで取るスタイル、緑の多い綺麗な園庭を見ながらとても美味しく頂けました。また、利用させて頂きます。

部屋からの景色が良く、ゆっくりくつろげました。朝食も美味しくいただきました。また、ドリンクバーも良いサービスでした。ありがとうございます。トイレのスリッパの汚れと、ロールカーテン(？！)の上部にホコリが積もっていて、気になりました。
