The Room was not cleaned and serviced for the second nights stay. The desk lady did bring me towels but I was disappointed to come back after a long day at the hospital and find the bed not made and floor not cleaned and to have to call the desk for clean towels. A discount on the charge would have been appropriate to cover the lack of maid service.

The room had poor ventilation. Bed smelt gross. Towels felt and looked like rags. Way too expensive and bad quality. Definitely not the experience I was looking for in McCall. I did like the breakfast and the staff was friendly.

Was hot outside and the ac blew warm air. The room had a funky strong smell to it. Otherwise it was fine. Only reason for the complaint is because they are charging 5 star hotel prices for a 2 star hotel.
