Even though the property is tucked away from the town it is very modern. There are ample places to sit outside of the room and enjoy the great outdoors and jump in the pool if so desired. The staff was very helpful.

You need transportation to get to centro. Transportation back from centro is hard to find. The bed is soft like marshmallow, didn't like it.

I liked how friendly staff was. I also like how clean the property and the room was. Most importantly I loved how staff engaged with me and try to figure out why I was staying in Tamasopo. After some conversation. The manager suggested we should hire a local guide. I had some hesitation since I know Spanish and my parents are from the region. However, after some convincing he suggested we meet the guide. Once we met the guide they gave us an eventful day. We were able to visit local spots for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Saw the local tourist spots and had a great day! I’m glad the hotel manager was able to have connection and make our stay complete. I will come back and I highly recommend you to stay here!

You need to bring cash to pay at the hotel because they don't accept card, only cash, and don't expect an excelent customer service, they're still learning

Excellent hotel with a pool, the owner was really nice, had coffee ready in the mornings and also had a van that would take us and pick us up from the hotel to a house where our friends were staying. Price was reasonable

Overall I liked this hotel. It was clean and comfortable. Our room had an AC unit, a large TV, and 2 comfortable king-sized beds. Our room lacked a mini-fridge, and there were no wash cloths in the bathroom. I also had trouble getting any channels on the TV. The outdoor pool was nice and clean. The hotel didn't accept payment from the credit card I used to reserve our rooms online. Apparently they only accept cash. Fortunately we had enough cash on hand to pay, but they didn't agree with the peso to dollar exchange rate used by Exoedia. We ended up having to pay about $30 more than the Expedia listed price.

La propiedad se mantienen y la tienen limpia, pero existen tres grandes factores para no volvernos a hospedar ahí: 1.- Por el costo se puede conseguir mejor hotel y mas centrico. 2.- El acceso es terrible, el acceso esta lleno de lodo y para ingresar al hotel o dejas el carro a 100 mts y caminas o te arriegas a entre y dañar tu vehiculo. 3.- No tiene estacionamiento dentro del hotel, por lo cual si tienes suerte te toca algun lugar dentro del hotel pero muy incomodo, el vehiculo lo tienes que dejar en la calle con el riesgo que corre que le pase algo Por cuestiones salud siempre nos acompaña una perrita yorky de compañia, le tuvimos que conseguir donde dejarla porque no se tiene esa opcion, esto es un error de nosotros por no preguntar El hotel tiene buenas instalaciones, pero por esos puntos que menciono ya no lo tomaria como opcion,

Todo estuvo excelente por parte del hotel, sin embargo Expedia muy mal, en su sitio mostraba una tarifa y despues de reservar 2 habitaciones el sitio web cambio la tarifa y solo se registro una habitacion, no hubo manera de contactar a expedia

El mejor lugar para descansar en Tamasopo. Calidad y servicio inmejorables. Instalaciones con muy buen gusto. Cama y almohadas deliciosas. Ojalá tuvieran servicio de cafetería. Lo único que nunca funcionó fue el wifi
