the place has so much potential to be top tier but I really did not appreciate the uncleanliness of the apartment.
I will be leaving a thorough review on Expedia.
I do in fact understand that it is a pet friendly place but a simple screening before hand would be nice.
I’m a pretty easy going person and do not look for confrontation. So for me to have to send emails, should let you know that I was uncomfortable in the spot.
It was dirty with pet hair upon arrival. EVERYWHERE. I sent emails, you all offered to clean up the place.
Cool.
I gave you all the time frame that I would be out, and your cleaners came around 3:30pm /5pm.
I asked that the sheets be changed, towels be changed and sheets/ pillow cases to be exchanged. I was so excited for your response because it seemed as if you cared.
But in reality, who ever is in charge of renting this unit DOES NOT IN FACT CARE ABOUT THEIR RENTERS.
If you did , YOUR CLEANERS WOULD NOT JUST HAVE TUCKED IN THE SHEETS when they should have been washed. I literally was so excited to get back and sleep after you said you all cleaned it just to find that the bed still have DOG HAIR on the linen. I was so infuriated.
If you did, you would hire cleaners that are thorough and actual would like to work for their money…or you wouldn’t cut corners. When people cut corners, people get sick, or die.
This made me so sad…I was so excited about your property. My final straw was seeing them just tuck in the sheets.
