The location of it was perfect since we were going to Busch Gardens. The elevator button fell off when we got in the elevator, so it was very scary. They didn’t have our room available anymore, but they did end up finding us another room. Ultimately they overbooked themselves.

The hotel is in an excellent location as far as being across the street from Busch Gardens, it's just not in the best of neighborhoods. I would definitely not walk any where around there, especially at night. The staff was very friendly and the shuttle going to the park was very convenient. Our room slept 6 and was definitely large enough for 2 adults and 4 teens.

Clean and Comfortable. Good breakfast. Front desk service (Taryn was extremely helpful, you couldn't get better service anywhere) was excellent, nice to feel welcomed.

We waited to be checked in for 30 mins with other patrons...there was NO employee present to check anyone in. The construction workers were swarming the lobby asking you to move as they worked on the tile floor. We left and did not stay
