As of September 2024 they are doing renovation so lots dust and noise so loud. Elevator is being used by construction so only 1 is available.

The hotel was under construction, but you didn't find that out until you arrive. The pool area needs to be completely renovated. They put you in the mostly renovated room, but the bathroom shower still has the old tile and there is no mat to keep you from falling. It was just loud with people slamming the doors all times of the night. The lobby has folks up all night being very loud and disruptive. We had to go out at 11 pm and sit outside on the front benches and then walk over to the WaWa gas station because there was so much loud activity throughout the hotel when you are trying to sleep.

Location was off a busy Main Street but set back far enough so you didn’t hear much traffic noise. Lots of restaurants nearby, free shuttle service to Busch Gardens was a plus! And the staff were super nice! Breakfast was typical for hotels with free breakfast-waffles, bacon/sausage, cereals, yogurt, oatmeal, cheese grits and powdered eggs. TV/cable didn’t connect well during rain storms, other than that, I’d stay here again! Clean rooms and hot showers. 2 thumbs up 👍 There was some construction work going on the 2nd floor but only during the week, were gone during the weekend.

Nice location near Busch Gardens with available shuttle service. Our room had a bit of a smell when you walk in. Plus our hair dryer and the refrigerator did not work. Hair dryer was quickly exchanged but I had to get ice a few times to keep my drinks and dairy products cold.

They were in the middle of a remodel and we didn't know. Our room smelled like sulphur? Didn't ask for another room because we were so tired. Just slept there and left.
