This is a motel converted to a La Quinta hotel. Everywhere shows dirt. Entrance to rooms is from staircase and dirty hallways with garbage bags. Roaches in every room we were assigned. Extreme dirt under beds. Breakfast room was poor and smelly of oil from waffle irons. One attendant is not enough to support 3 hours of breakfast for over 100 guests. Will reconsider booking at this chain again based on my last two experiences. Expedia should check out before recommending to us.

Cockroaches in our first room. Moved to a different room and found a condem package in the made bed. The manager was very nice and made sure that our room got remade. She explained that they take FEMA and after the storms they had, sometimes critters come with the families. I understand that, but hate it.

This place looks like a trashy roach motel that they slapped some paint on. The room floors were sticky. There were random stains on the bathroom walls. At check in I asked for extra pillows and blankets, the staff said without hesitation, “we don’t store pillows or blankets. We have no extra at all.” Then the magically found one pillow and a damp comforter they got out of the laundry room. The sad part is I booked it last minute because it was close to Busch Gardens which is why I was in the area, had I known the conditions of this property, I would have driven 20 minutes to better properties that were the same price. Would not recommend.

The staff are great but when I asked for additional 2 towels because there were only 2 and we had 4 people in the room. We never received them and had to ask the cleaning lady that was down the hall cleaning another room after waiting over an hour. Breakfast was ok but some people took more than needed and my daughter was disappointed when there were no pancakes left. Room was ok but air conditioner worked when it wanted. Overall they are trying to upgrade and the facility nicer. Parking was hard as there were 4 construction trucks blocking a lot of the spots. Our neighbors were not so nice and very noisy till 1am and the TV thorough out the night.

Good hotel for a quick stay
Hotel was undergoing renovations when we arrived so some things were in repair. Our door was severely bent out of shape on our room. The room keys stop working every time you use it on the breakfast lock, they resolved it quickly, but annoying nonetheless. The bed left a lot to be desired was very firm
