My family and I checked in for our stay and when we came in room it instantly smelled like mildew. As we pulled back covers there were roaches at head of bed, microwave and bathroom. We immediately went to front desk to complain and was told they can only change room to king bed which was inconvenient. So we took the room and took a shower and got a knock on door from maintenance man saying we have a certain amount of time to take a shower cause water will start leaking into laundry room, when I went to check out and spoke with manager about my experience with my stay, she seems not to care and should no compassion or empathy to us being unhappy with our stay, not even a discount

Old, outdated, extremely dirty rooms. At check in there were dead roaches on the floor. The room had super old carpet with mold smell and spots, the bath tub was painted at least 3 times and paint was chipped off. I asked the front desk to vacuum and get roaches clinic, rest assured that never happened. Will never go there again. P.S. walls are paper thin and you hear any action louder than breathing. On grand scheme of things, this is a super minor issue for this place. Run and never book here

I have stayed here before and have enjoyed the old Ramada experience. Staff was great! Breakfast in the morning was great, just like in the Army! If you know, you know! lol! Biscuits and Gravy! There is an IHOP in the parking lot that is open 24 hours, can’t beat that! Pool was clean and inviting. Old Motel that is Biker friendly and a nice safe place to stay.

I called because I have to cancel I was moving and had no place to stay and when I contacted them to cancel the service attendant was rude and answered told me it canceled in the system and that they were only charging me for the one day I've yet to receive the cancellation information my email and then I was told that I need to wait for an email to come that she didn't do it in the system yet and then now it's showing like if I had to stay there which I did not occupy any room

Old, but pretty good place to stay.

The hotel is old, but it seemed clean and everything worked. The check in associate was wonderful, finding us a room for an early check in. The iHop right next door was very convenient. We did have someone knock on our door at 5:45 am and then attempt to enter the room about 15 minutes later. We had the security lock on, but it was a little scary. I don’t know how they got a key. We probably wouldn’t stay again, but mainly because it was so far from the port. The Uber fees made up for the lower cost.

This property was in good condition. The pool area was very nice even if it was too cold to go swimming. The room was very good except the door to the washroom stuck a bit. The continental breakfast had a lot of options and was very good. There were a lot of dining out options within a few miles and it was close to the highway to get to Tampa.
