The place was damp. The beds were painfully horrible. The tubs windows are now locked and tubs didn’t even hold water. We weren’t informed we had to order food 24hrs in advance. It was so damp it was raining off the ceilings and smelled like mold. I got a different hotel

Room was not bad, the shower head was spraying water straight out of the shower though leaving water all over the restroom floor, we informed staff upon check out. A few things might need remodeling around property.

I stayed for two nights. The the room was ok but the shower head was broken and the head to be fixed. Also there was suppose to be breakfast buffet but was given boxes instead. On the last day my ac stopped working and my room was 80 degres. The internet doesn't not workwellin is superslow..The

My big issue was the very poor unconnectable wifi for my room/floor and could not get work done. The tub had a little hole where old dirty water would be trapped in. The "smart" toilet would make noise randomly at night. Signs of halted construction was seen multiple areas. Besides those issues, the staff was nice and helpful, the room was decent, the view was decent. If, the issues were fixed, the price would be good.

The main lift was faulty so had to meander our way to the emergency lift with our luggage was very inconvenient. Also the concierge was located in the floor above the ground floor making it inconvenient when the escalator was also faulty. Best thing is that the staff were very polite, humble and ready to help. One if them apologized for the inconvenience which was very commendable. Thanks for the stay.

good service but checking in was hectic, no aircon & slow, parking is better outside than within the building, our room is big(which is really good) the rest of the building is still in the process of renovation, paint smells on the hallway, aircon is on and off, elevator runs good but needed to be update on all scratches and needs to be clean
