Get what you pay for
It was fine, only stayed one night. Didn’t use breakfast facility so cannot comment although it looked nice. Kettle in room was leaking but clean enough and comfortable for the price

Service improvements needed
The Campanile Tarbes is on the highway which takes one to Lourdes. It wasn't easy to find but fortunately a local driver escorted me when I asked at a stoplight for help. The only problem I had was the lack of air-conditioning. This was one of those Spring nights where the weather was transitioning. My best efforts to cool off the room went unrewarded. When I brought this to the attention of the manager, she said she'd address it. She sent over one of her staff with a portable heater! I wanted A/C, not more heat! So I ended up just opening a window. Dinner in the dining room was great and a good value. The only other complaint I would have (and this was true at another Campanile Hotel at which I stayed), is that the chambermaids came to the room much too early. Before even knocking, they put their keys in the lock and opened up before I had a chance to say anything. I was hardly ready to depart and my desire to sleep in was obviously thwarted. Having "Do Not Disturb" signs readily available would be a good thing.

Arrivée avec le sourire de la jeune femme de l'accueil. Logé chambre 15 Très propre avec un parfait travail des femmes de chambre. Aucun disfonctionnement de la chambre. TV capte mal Très bonne literie et draps propres. Il n'y a aucune Vu sur la montagne 😔 Parking sécurisé avec un code assez de place

Séjour en couple Du 25 au 28 août 2024 chambre 15 Il n'y a aucune vue sur montagne de toute les chambres de Kyriad bastillac Accueil souriante de la jeune fille, elle a su nous renseigner sur des restaurants, des produits locaux de ferme . Ménage, merci mes dames , nous sommes très satisfaits de votre travail. Tout les jours elle sont passé vider les poubelles, serviettes si besoin, aspirateur, nettoyage du plan de bureau remis du sucre thé et café car nous avons un bouilloire a disposition dans notre chambre. Draps très propre👍, literie confortable👍. Aucune traces de poussière,toile d'araignée et sanitaire très propre. Un miroir fait a la perfection.👍 Une très bonne expérience je reviendrai. Merci pour le travail de l'accueil et du professionnalisme du service ménage

Un accueil parfait avec une equipe au top. L'hôtel permet l'accueil des familles sans lit superposé, ce qui n'est pas négligeable avec des enfants en bas âge.

Premier coup d œil en entrant dans la chambre correct… c est après dans la salle de bain abattant wc déglingué le tenais dans les mains dérouleur papier wc arraché mais pas remplacer… rideau de douche est ce réglementaire aujourd’hui… et propreté très limité je me suis permise de prendre des photos… Dans votre personnel y a qu une personne agréable et serviable qui est venue me changer l abattant we le soir car j ai demandé à une blonde aux yeux bleus qui devait passer voir le matin mais je l attends toujours… c est normal de prendre des poses mais bon quand l on demande de passer dans la chambre plus personne !!!bon suis rentrée chez moi maintenant !!! Nous ne reviendrons plus dans cet établissement…

Hôtel vieillissant. Traces noires dans les toilettes et la baignoire, moisissures carrelage de la baignoire et toiles d’araignée.La literie est très confortable par contre oreillers très petits. la télé mauvaise réception. Sinon très bon accueil et petit déjeuner correct.
