Thank you for your review. Please accept my sincere apology for the delay in responding to you. I am very disappointed to read that you did not enjoy your stay with us and that you felt your complaint was as waste of time. Please rest assured that is not the case and we do deal with all concerns raised by our guest. Sometimes we do get it wrong here at the hotel and I can only apologise for your poor experience of the hotel. We do advise all our guest when booking our family rooms that the sofa beds are only suitable for 2 children under 10 and they are not for adults. Unfortunately when our bedrooms were refurbish they did not take this into account when replacing the sofa beds.
