This exceeded my expectations. I am from the US and I wish places were like this. The gentleman at check in was polite and approachable. The cleanliness was top notch and I will recommend this to friends and family. I look forward to staying there again. They provided robes, the towels were already warm due to the towel warmer in the restroom. They provided snacks and water for convenience and the balcony was a plus. Thank you for your hospitality.

I have never needed to rebook parking space at a hotel.. until staying at Hotel on Devonport. When we checked in and enquired about parking was told it’s fully booked. We eventually found an available parking spot down the street a bit. Hotel was amazing but the stress of parking was a real let down.

Booked a room that had a harbour-side view, room was lovely with big comfy King bed. Shower was clean and modern but shower pressure wasnt great, and there was only 1 coffee available in the room which is weird. Room was nice and quiet. Parking was full so couldnt access secure parking but parking on street was free. A nice stay but unfortunately was left with a bad taste at the end when our car battery was flat. Asked man with a turban on the reception Sunday morning for advice and assistance on where to go to get help as we were not local, he could not have given less f*cks and was entirely unhelpful. Way to round off an interaction with recent customers. for this reason, we wont be back, plenty of other options

Property is in a great location. Close to all the restaurants . Walking distance. There’s a sheltered carpark for $10’a night which is pretty reasonable .
