"Disappointing Stay at AP Maria Nova Lounge" I'm writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent stay at the AP Maria Nova Lounge in Tavira. The service I received fell far below expectations, especially considering the price point. Our experience began poorly when we were asked to carry our own snacks from the restaurant to the pool, despite requesting poolside service. The 8-course New Year's Eve dinner was a complete disaster. Not a single dish was served at the correct temperature, and the wine pairing was subpar. When we inquired about a digestif, we were initially told it would be an extra charge, only to be denied the option altogether. However, I was able to purchase a cognac at the snack bar. The hotel itself appears outdated, and the service reflects this. The minibar was empty upon arrival, and the welcome drink was handed to us at the check-out desk, forcing us to carry it and our luggage up to our room. Overall, my stay at the AP Maria Nova Lounge was a major letdown. The poor service, subpar food, and outdated facilities do not justify the high prices. I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel."

"Wir waren für eine Woche in Tavira und haben von dort aus die Algarve Küste erkundet. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur erfolgte ohne Probleme (auf Englisch) und wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt. Der Check-In war gar kein Problem und wir durften etwas früher in die FeWO. Die Wohnung enthält alles, was man benötigt und die Austattung insgesamt ist als sehr gut zu bezeichnen. Hochwertige Kaffeemaschine, Grill, Induktionshert, 3 Klimaanlagen, Balkon, Waschmaschine, 2 Badezimmer und ausreichend Handtücher. Die Lage war für unsere Zwecke auch perfekt. Fußläufig liegt ein großes Einkaufszentrum, die Innenstadt von Tavira ist auch gut zu erreichen und mit dem Auto ist man sehr schnell am Meer, in Spanien und den umliegenden Dörfern/ Städten. Wir können die FeWo und Tavira wirklich sehr empfehlen und freuen uns nochmal dorthin zurückzukommen :)"
