This property is ofcourse not 3 stars hotel, the experience of sleeping on a smelly bedsheets was a disaster, if anything missing in the room we should go down and ask for because there was no phone in the room to call the room service or reception, in the first night there was plenty of insects in the room... I didn't have any other choice than just taking another hotel since there was no refund policy in the hotel even though the stay the first 2 days was a disaster and the last 2 days there was no housekeeping at all and the towels weren't replaced... And there also many things i didn't mention like the fact that when i have takked to manager he told me that he's new and blamed everything on the owners being tough and the staff being unprofessional and he didnt even try to help
